I didn't grow up on the mat. I came to wrestling later in life — and what I found there changed the way I train, the way I coach, and the way I think about what's possible as an adult athlete.
The right training doesn't just build athletes. It builds resilience. It changes how you move, how you think, and how you show up in every area of life.
I know what it feels like to start something hard later in life. I know the frustration of feeling like you're behind. And I know what it takes to keep improving when the easy choice is to coast.
That's why I work exclusively with adults. They're serious, motivated, and deserve programming that respects both their goals and their bodies.
